Relevant Experience

Immediately after law school, Mr. Schneider served as law clerk to the Honorable Melvin L. Gelade, J.S.C., Middlesex County Special Civil Part.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Schneider spent three years as an Assistant Prosecutor with the Essex County Prosecutors Office, where he acquired a great deal of courtroom and trial experience, completing 11 jury trials and numerous non-jury trials. His assignments included the Juvenile Unit, Domestic Violence Unit, and most recently the Adult Trial Section. He handled all sorts of criminal matters ranging from CDS cases to Murder cases.
