Relevant Experience

Mr. Angowski has extensive experience representing both private clients and public entities. He has served as the litigation attorney for municipalities throughout New Jersey and has represented Planning Boards and Boards of Adjustment at the Superior Court and Appellate Division levels. His experience in land use also includes bringing applications on behalf of individual and corporate clients for projects ranging from residential construction to large scale commercial redevelopment. He has also defended municipalities in actions brought by multi-national telecommunication carriers for cellular tower installations and rights of access. He has been instrumental in producing favorable results for clients through settlement and trial in a wide variety of actions, including partnership and shareholder disputes, consumer fraud actions and real property litigation.
