Relevant Experience
Before joining Schwartz Simon Edelstein & Celso LLC, Mr. Bacigalupo was an Associate with Parker McCay P.A., where he also represented public school boards of education, specializing in special education. Prior to that, Mr. Bacigalupo was an Associate with Manning, Caliendo & Thomson, P.A., where he regularly advocated on his client’s behalf before the Municipal, Superior and Appellate Courts of the State of New Jersey, as well as the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Mr. Bacigalupo has also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Paul F. Chaiet, J.S.C., Monmouth County, Criminal Division, as well as a judicial intern to both the Honorable Paul F. Chaiet, J.S.C., Monmouth County, Criminal Division and the Honorable Louis F. Locascio, J.S.C., Monmouth County, Civil Division.
