Carolyn R. Chaudry, Counsel, concentrates her practice in the area of Education Law and Labor & Employment Law.
Carolyn’s practice is devoted to representing board of education clients in a variety of areas including special education, student matters, general education policy and administration, and negotiations. In the area of negotiations, Carolyn provides cost effective and economical alternatives in her role as either negotiations consultant or spokesperson. In her special education practice, Carolyn represents school districts at IEP meetings, mediations and other administrative proceedings. She provides prompt, timely and accurate responses to client requests and inquiries.
Carolyn routinely conducts in-service workshops and has presented on a wide-range of education related topics including Special Education, New Jersey Anti-Bullying Legislation and Student Discipline.
While attending law school Carolyn served as a judicial intern in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Civil Division in Bergen County. Furthermore during law school Carolyn served as student counsel to low-income children in the Special Education Clinic at Rutgers School of Law-Newark.
