Lucille La Costa-Davino
Lucille LaCosta-Davino, Counsel to the Firm, focuses her practice on labor and employment law, government and administrative law and labor contract negotiations. She has litigated in these fields in state and federal courts as well as before the Office of Administrative Law. She regularly appears before the Public Employment Relations Commission (PERC) and the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights.

Ms. LaCosta-Davino’s experience in the Labor and Employment field is broad and includes matters involving both state and federal anti-discrimination statutes, labor negotiations and arbitration, Civil Service System, Fair Labor Standards Act (”FLSA”) and employee rights, e.g. drug testing and workplace privacy issues.
As General Counsel to the Essex County Improvement Authority, Ms. LaCosta-Davino insured that the Agency complied with public bidding statutes, the Open Public Meetings Act, and a myriad of other regulatory laws.
Ms LaCosta-Davino also served as the Director of Human Resources for an entity with over 4500 employees. This position provided her the unique experience of applying the law to real life circumstances, which, in turn, gives her insight and perspective when offering advice or litigating a matter.
