Dwayne D. Warren

Dwayne D. Warren, Counsel, concentrates his practice on litigation matters, especially those involving public entities. He also provides general counsel services to public bodies in the areas of Local Government Contract Law, Open Public Records Act, Open Public Meetings Act, and local government procedures.

Relevant Experience

Mr. Warren began his legal career serving a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Kenith D. Bloom, Superior Court Judge, and then served as an Assistant Prosecutor with the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office. Thereafter, he focused on representing public sector clients in providing legal advice and counsel to the governing boards of public entities, specializing in litigation matters. He has served in the capacity of corporation counsel and as special litigation counsel to a number of governmental entities. Mr. Warren is an adjunct faculty member in the legal studies program at Essex County College.
