Relevant Experience

Mr. Croot counsels boards of education in all aspects of school law and related fields. He has extensive experience representing school districts and other public entities in litigation, including: student residency, student discipline, tenure, workers compensation, tort claim, construction and public bidding matters. Mr. Croot has appeared frequently before the Superior Court of New Jersey, Office of Administrative Law, Public Employment Relations Commission, Division of Workers Compensation and Appellate Division on behalf of both public and private sector clients. He lectures frequently on school law and related topics.
