Matthew I. Kane, Member of the Firm, counsels both private and institutional clients on the purchase, sale, leasing and financing of all types of commercial and residential real estate. Mr. Kane focuses his practice on a wide range of real estate transactions, from the purchase and sale of single and multi-family homes, to the acquisition, financing and disposition of multi-million dollar commercial properties. Additionally, he represents landlords and tenants in commercial leasing transactions and institutional lenders in commercial property transactions.
