Elder Law

As one grows older, age-related legal issues and concerns about finances, reduced physical capacity and psychological challenges require attention. SSE&C attorneys who practice in the field of Elder Law have the ability and experience to counsel individuals and their adult children in coping with and planning for the adversities of aging.
