Labor and Employment Law

SSE&C has a well established and solid forty-year history of handling labor and employment issues. We recognize that pre-litigation advice can often minimize our clients’ exposure to employee lawsuits. Litigation

When litigation ensues, SSE&C takes pride in its employment litigation practice area attorneys. Our attorneys have considerable courtroom experience and have successfully defended employers on a host of employment and labor related claims in both the state and federal courts in New Jersey and New York.
