Labor and Employment Issues

SSE&C is well versed in all aspects of labor and employment law as it relates to public school districts. The firm is preeminent in the areas of tenure dismissal, increment withholding, seniority issues, employee grievances and arbitrations.

SSE&C counsels clients with regard to discipline issues, discrimination claims and leave requests. The firm provides staff development and training to head off issues before they arise. It also assists in the development of Board policies and regulations.
